Aborted after page 126, total of 395 pages. Even though I was interested in the topic of the book, somehow the story did not catch me. I am not sure if this relates to the translation or the original, but some parts had a weird writing style.

And sadly I could not connect with any of the characters. Repeatedly there were either misogyn and in rare cases racist remarks. These might have been intentional and part of the story and illustration. But even between these lines I felt at least some of the prejudices remain independent of the characters and the story.
